A women’s service organization
 

Heimatfreunde meets the fourth Thursday of most months for planning and fellowship. We serve tortes at the public events of the German-American Society. We have an ethnic consignment shop that is open at Oktoberfest. We serve cookies and punch for the Children’s Christmas Party and the Easter Egg Hunt. We decorate the Christmas tree in the main hall for the Christmas season, and we decorate the main hall for Fasching and the Valentine’s Day dinner dance in February.  Our monthly meetings are short and are followed by snacks and fellowship. New members are always welcome.
